    Please arrive 20 minutes before your preferred time and present your printed VELTRA voucher at the London Eye's Pre-Booked Desk along with valid identification.

Restrictions

  • Please note that special effects such as fog, bubbles, wind, snow, strobe lighting and vibrating flooring are used in the London Eye 4D Cinema Experience. The experience is not recommended for any guests with a pre-existing condition that could be exacerbated by exposure to these effects.
  • The London Eye River Cruise wheelchair lift can accommodate standard size wheelchairs only.
  • A maximum of 3 wheelchairs are allowed per cruise.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The London Eye's audio guide is available in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian and Japanese.
  • Admission to the 4D Cinema Experience will only be valid on the day of your London Eye experience. Priority entry into the 4D Cinema Experience is not included.
  • For the London Eye Experience, it is recommended that you go to the ticket collection before 17:00, particularly on weekends, to ensure that you get a time slot by the end of the day.
  • You must have two printed copies of your VELTRA voucher (one per activity) to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
